We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Official Celtic FC Store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly indicating whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that personalized jerseys or worn items are not included, as these are non-returnable.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the return shipping label to the outside of your package. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items reach the stadium warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
